Elzbieta Jaworska-Romik

My name is Elzbieta. I am the co-owner of Healthnovation Beauty & Massage Centre in Dublin.

I began training in Ireland in 2008 at Galligan Beauty College Dublin, earning prestigious ITEC, CIBTAC, and CIDESCO beauty specialist diplomas—the foundation of my cosmetics and holistic therapy expertise.

In 2010, I obtained a Holistic Massage Diploma at Waverley Academy in Dublin. I subsequently gained further professional qualifications as a massage therapist at Holistic College Dublin and at the AIIHPC Education Centre in Dublin. I have also continued to develop my skills through numerous specialised CPD trainings.

Building on this foundation, my advanced oncology training includes education with Gayle MacDonald (2014) and certification as a Breast Cancer Exercise Specialist through the Pink Ribbon Program, created by Doreen Puglisi (2015). I passionately support oncology patients with targeted therapies for regeneration and quality of life, proudly collaborating at ARC Cancer Day Care Centre Dublin. Every intuitive treatment honors individual needs.

At Healthnovation, I’ve found my true calling where passion meets purpose. Nothing delights me more than welcoming loyal clients who trust my care, feeling truly nurtured visit after visit. Alongside this personal touch, I invite you to my 6-session signature Synergy in Motion program—a gentle harmonic movement series gaining popularity for restoring energy, easing tension, enhancing balance/coordination, and leaving body/mind revitalized, calm, resilient—perfect for seniors and mindful motion practitioners

My holistic health commitment weaves into daily life through gardening/herbal remedies, Tai Chi mind-body practice, and Traditional Chinese Medicine exploration. In free moments, I swim, bake for loved ones, and cherish my majestic Maine Coon.

Marta Kleszczewska

Hi, I’m Marta Kleszczewska, co-owner of Healthnovation Beauty & Massage Centre in Dundrum, Dublin. I am a skin and makeup specialist with over a decade of professional experience in advanced aesthetics.

Driven by a lifelong passion for skin health and beauty, I began my professional journey in 2008 at Galligan Beauty College Dublin, where I qualified with internationally recognised ITEC, CIBTAC, and CIDESCO diplomas. In early 2011, I further expanded my expertise through advanced training at the International Institute for Advanced Aesthetics (IIAA), earning certifications as a Professional Skin Treatment Specialist and an Advanced Nutrition Programme™ Consultant.

I specialise in Environ Skincare, a globally respected, science-driven brand renowned for its advanced Vitamin A therapy. Environ’s clinically proven approach supports visible skin rejuvenation, anti-ageing, acne management, and pigmentation correction, while progressively rebuilding healthy skin at a cellular level. My facial treatments are results-oriented, combining precision, experience, and a deep understanding of skin physiology to restore radiance, balance, and long-term skin health.

My professional philosophy is holistic: advanced facial treatments are complemented by bespoke Advanced Nutrition Programme™ consultations, supporting internal wellbeing as a foundation for sustainable beauty and skin resilience.

Alongside skincare, I have achieved professional recognition in makeup artistry. In 2011, I earned a Makeup Artistry Diploma from the LA Makeup Academy in Dublin, meeting the highest standards in fashion, photographic, TV & film, and bridal makeup. This training equipped me to work at a professional agency level across both creative and commercial settings.

I specialise in Jane Iredale Mineral Makeup and am a certified Jane Iredale Makeup Professional, trained directly by the brand. I work with refined, hypoallergenic formulations to create luminous, long-lasting results that enhance natural beauty while respecting skin health. From effortless everyday elegance to sophisticated occasions and bespoke transformations, my makeup artistry reflects precision, artistry, and a deep care for your skin.
